Remember to take regular movement breaks while working, outdoors if the weather is good, or indoors if not!
-Do a Joe Wicks, Just Dance, or Go Noodle video
-Go for a walk or cycle

Keep up the creativity! You could draw or paint something, create a collage, make something from clay or recycles materials, try some sewing, knitting or weaving, bake salt dough decorations, try some origami...let your imagination run wild! :)

- Roll 2/3 dice to make a number. Roll again to make another number and add together
- As above, but with playing cards (add a challenge: how fast can you say the answer!)
- Target practice: Draw a dartboard on card, with numbers on different sections of the board. Throw/kick a ball twice/three times and add up the numbers you hit on the board
